km on Friday and 34 yesterday. A slow day today due to having to find
my way around road closures due to road and infrastructure upgrades.
That obviously doesn't show up on Google Maps which is blocked in China.
I have my way around that, but it was more difficult finding my way
around the closed highway. That meant a lot of backtracking and wasted
kilometres that I walked and retreating over gravel and even mud 
I guess I have been in China a long time when it's not a big deal finding a WC door latch with a chopstick closure
I'm currently in Wuzhen and about 65 km from Suzhou which Aoife O'Donnell tells me is 'The Venice of China'
